the location really made my stay special, being just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and surrounded by lively cafes and restaurants made it so easy to explore and enjoy the local vibe, I was like I was in the heart of everything as soon as I stepped outside.

It's wonderful small place to visit 1 km away from an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain. The rooms are extremely spacious and the bathrooms are good size...

Thank you for a relaxing stay, will be returning here soon. This place is charming small because of the magnificent location and city views. The hotel staff is amicable and excellent. The rooms are soundproof and neat, with central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV. The restaurant is nice for breakfast and well priced.

The air conditioning struggles in high heat, not cooling the room effectively, and the TV is mounted too high. The bathroom had low water pressure with temperamental temperature regulation, and minimal shelving left personal items on the floor.

The air conditioning was a complete disaster, barely working in the sweltering 34oC heat. And don't get me started on the faulty remote-standing on a chair to change the channel was an unexpected workout. I almost thought about giving a good review, but the lack of a welcome gift for a distinguished guest like myself was unforgiveable.

The location is perfect for visiting the Colosseum and other sights. The rooms are super clean and the host gives awesome recommendations for local restaurants. Plus, the nearby cafés and gelateria are must-tries!
